Our family had a very positive experience here during one of the most difficult times in our lives. My dad was a patient for a few weeks before he passed away at the hospital from his illness, and we're so grateful for the care and compassion he received. My dad wasn't an easy patient. He was a large man and completely dependent on others, but the therapy team always treated him with kindness, patience, and respect. They worked so gently with him and truly cared about helping him in every way they could. Emily the nurse was a delightful person who genuinely cared about him. As his health declined, Amy in social work was an incredible support. She took the time to explain all of our options, answered our questions, and helped us through a very emotional process with compassion and understanding. When it's your dad, you just want to know you're making the best decisions for him, and Amy made us feel supported every step of the way. Thank you to everyone who cared for my dad with dignity and kindness. We'll always be grateful for the comfort and support you gave our family during such a difficult time.

This facility is Comparably priced to other facilities of its type in the state however, the quality of care and cleanliness of the facility far exceed anything else I have experienced. The staff is very professional, conscientious and friendly. I was recommended Foley by someone in the retirement care industry with vast experience and have to say she was absolutely right in her recommendation.

My Mother-in-law was sent to the Foley Center in Blowing Rock from Forsyth after she had a stroke. The care and compassion she received there was above and beyond any expectation we had. The facility was by far the cleanest, maintained rehab we have visited. The therapy, (Speeh, Physical, and Occupational therapy) was amazing. The therapist were so skilled in their fields. The time, care, and expertise they gave to her was the best she could have received. She was treated with so much compassion by each therapist, it made her work so much harder for them. She loved each one who walked in to her room. From admission, Doctor, PA, CNA, Therapist, IT, Director, and anyone I may have overlooked or left out, stepped up and represented their facility in ways that a rarely seen in this day and time. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you, and appreciate the care you gave to our family. Not only did they care for her, but our entire family. After they attended to her needs they offered to make sure to asked if we needed anything. Job well done guys. And we can't say thank you enough for all you did from the start until she was released to go home. The Foley Center will be the first facility we would recommend to family and friends. Again we thank you for all you do.

I had an excellent experience with Foley Center Skilled Nursing Rehab. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, supported, and genuinely cared for. The nurses and therapists are incredibly attentive and knowledgeable they took the time to explain my care plan and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The rehabilitation team is top notch. Their encouragement and personalized approach helped me regain strength and confidence much faster than I expected. It’s clear they are passionate about what they do and truly invested in their patients’ recovery. The facility itself is clean, well maintained, and has a warm, positive atmosphere. Meals were good, and there was always someone available to help if needed. I’m very grateful for the care I received here and would highly recommend Foley Center to anyone in need of skilled nursing or rehab services. It made a challenging time much easier.

My Uncle was recently brought into the Foley Center for rehab after suffering a massive brain bleed! He has been there for almost two month’s now, he is doing so good! This would not have been possible if not for the staff at Foley! Admission’s welcomed him with open arms, made the process go so smooth! The Therapy staff has worked vigorously to help my Uncle to walk again! Speech therapy has helped him learn how to swallow again! The nursing department has been so kind to make him feel as comfortable as possible! Dietary has made sure he has everything that he needs to meet his Appetite! We don’t have to worry with making sure he has clean clothes to wear the laundry department has made sure of that! House keeping has kept his room clean. The front desk receptionist along with the Social worker has been wonderful in communicating with me and my family! So grateful that my family member is being looked after as it is so hard to do so 24 seven in this very busy hectic world we live in. Thank you Foley!
