Garbage facility. NO LINEN. NO GLOVES. NO WORKING OXYGEN TANKS. Serving residents spoiled milk for breakfast lunch & dinner. A residents plate was half eaten off of before he could touch his food. They want us to give showers WITH NO TOWELS IN STOCK. Very short staffed all the time. How do you properly care for residents without any of this stuff? DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!

On my way to Glenbridge to visit my mom who is in rehab. Second time she’s been in this facility and it has been exceptional. Wonderful loving care. So grateful.

An overall good facility. Some of the younger CNAs could use some training in work ethic. But the older ones seem to really care, especially on the weekends. There’s one guy who works nights on the weekends that seems to truly love his job and the people he cares for and works with. I don’t remember his name but he wears hoodies and has some facial piercings. I’ve overheard him say “always happy to help” frequently. There are other staff that seem to care as well. An older lady, I think her name is Aretha comes to mind, she is sweet. A little loud but sweet. I had a loved one there for rehab a while back and I was impressed for the most part. I wouldn’t have any problems having my loved ones there if the situation ever warranted it.

The place needs to be done away with. I was unfortunately placed there after my hospital stay at Baptist hospital.I have lulemia and needed to be in a facility with adequate nursing, wound care, decent dietary, etc. I found none of that there. It would take as long as one hour to get the attention of a nurse after I pushed my buzzer, and a lot of times the person who was sent to see me was incapable of providing the help that I needed. The people don't wear masks or use gloves like they are supposed to. I was afraid of catching something while staying there, since I was suffering from a very weak immune system. The people were rude. I managed to survive the stay there and am recovering from them at home.

Surprised at all the bad reviews. My mother n law is currently at glenbridge she is on hospice and nearing end of life. Everyone has been amazing. The treatment she has received has been far better than the facility we had to move her from. They have done everything possible to keep her comfortable and have provided amazing care. Everyone has been super nice to us as well always checking to see if we want something to drink or eat I really can’t think of one single thing to complain about
