I recently toured this community for my grandmother. I met with Anna and she was friendly and knowledgeable. She seems to know what she’s doing and addressed the residents by name during my tour. She introduced me to a few people who worked in the dining room who seemed happy to be working there. I met the lady in the business office, Tea, and her personality jumped off the page. The staff I met during my tour were all so nice and welcoming.

This community is so beautiful! The team is great too and really loves what they do. Anna in the sales department is great at what she does and very personable. The maintenance team is always good and making sure work orders get resolved in a timely manner and the activities team is good at keeping everyone engaged throughout the day. Highly recommend if looking for a loved one.

The Crestmoor is a BEAUTIFUL, fun, amazing senior living facility. It reminds me of a high rise on the Gold Coast of Chicago. I have had a couple clients in the building who love the amenities, staff & people. Anna L. is a special favorite of clients & visitors as she’s always so welcoming & warm. Definitely reach out if you or a loved one is looking to make a move to senior living!
