Right from our first tour for my dad we had a wonderful experience! Jocelyn was so helpful in answering all of our questions. She was very kind, understanding and professional. Then we met Stephanie who helped us with everything that had to do with the move. She followed up, she made and sent a video of the apartment we were considering so my dad (in another state) could really get a feel for it. When she knew we had made our decision, she made sure my dad's favorite ice cream was in the freezer for him when he arrived. I could go on and on! The front desk staff has been so friendly and amazing. The other residents have been making sure my dad knows about upcoming events. I'm so happy that my dad is in such a wonderful place!

My in-laws have lived at the Creekside for 4 years. From day one, they (and we) have felt so lucky to have found this new home for them. The staff are incredible and take such amazing care of our folks. They treat them like family and go above and beyond our expectations. The food service is excellent. The activities are varied and engaging. The surprise trips are wonderful (and always very accessible for folks with some mobility challenges). The monthly premiere dinners are outstanding (we always get photos of each course, and occasionally we are able to join in the yumminess). But, at the end of the day, it is about the people. Everyone - housekeeping, maintenance, director, activities, servers, chef - is so pleasant and caring. THANK YOU, CREEKSIDE ! !

The remarkable level of care and attention to detail that the staff of the Creekside show each day cannot be praised enough. I am so grateful that my grandparents moved into this community. The supportive environment, the wealth of activities to participate in, and the incredible staff have made this such a wonderful home for them. I am so thankful for the kind and dedicated people of the Creekside and for the community and connection it offers its residents. The Creekside community has been extended to all of us in the family and we are so grateful! My deepest appreciation to the above and beyond staff here!

I cannot recommend this Senior Living facility highly enough—truly a five-star experience! From the moment you step through the doors, the warmth and friendliness of the staff and management shine through, creating an incredibly welcoming environment. Their “speed of the leaders” philosophy is evident in every interaction; the team’s kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness set the tone for a spotless, well-organized facility that feels like a true home. The range of activities offered (“Woodinville Car Cruisers event pictured) is outstanding, ensuring there’s always something engaging and fun for residents to enjoy, fostering a vibrant community spirit. The dining experience is exceptional, thanks to a talented chef who has been with the facility for five years—a rare and impressive feat in this industry. One of the many things that sets this facility apart is their expertise in seamlessly transitioning residents to Assisted Living when needed. Their compassionate and knowledgeable approach makes this process smooth and reassuring for both residents and families. This facility is a gem, blending top-notch care, a lively atmosphere, and a genuine sense of community. Highly recommended!

Our Woodinville Cruisers Car Club recently provided a couple dozen classic cars for Creekside's 3rd Annual Car Show. What a wonderful time was had by all. The residents came out to enjoy and reminisce about the cars they had or stories about their parent's cars. We had a great BBQ, raffles, prizes, root beer floats and live entertainment. The residents all seemed to be enjoying themselves with the car owners, family, and friends.
