The Colonial Club was hosting a donation event a few weeks back for gently used/new stuffed animals. They were super helpful with showing my husband around and helping him grab the multiple garbage bags full of stuffies that we had to donate out of our vehicle. Is a beautiful location in a quiet little neighborhood.

I live in the building across the street and work third shift and they called my work truck in now I can’t park it on the road and have to find a new job or move because it’s a 2 hour commute to get my personal vehicle everyday. On top of it they want to negatively impact my life when it don’t affect them well inconveniencing the people that live in the building near them with people visiting taking all of our parking.

Great place to exercise with others, watch & discuss movies & books, just plain talk with others, learn new things such as crocheting, or knitting, or quilting or painting or crafts of many kinds. Hear the reviews of restaurants in the area as to who has the best hamburgers or ice cream for the best prices or salad bars or best homemade meals. Go on day trips or longer fun trips. Staff is very helpful to help find answers to questions you have.

We attended the strawberry festival so it's difficult to rate the Club however parking was a big challenge and due to extensive sidewalk repairs or construction walking was very unsafe. The backfilled ground around the sidewalks is of the poorest quality you could expect. Uneven, full of dips and bumps very unsafe. I guess the city is responsible for that job so again it's unfair to rate the club.
