I recently needed to go somewhere for therapy after a stay in the hospital. I had not heard anything good or bad about this facility, but was happy it was close to home. The staff at the Carolton were the best! From the department heads to all the nurses and CNAs, everyone was very friendly and helpful. There is no way I could have received better care. The therapy staff were great, they worked with me to build my strength so that I could return to home after just twenty days. The building itself is a little old and could use a few repairs, but this is negligible when you consider the care you receive. Of course, the food was not the best but when you cook for one hundred people you can't expect perfection. Again, I received the best care possible and would recommend The Carrollton of Dunn to anyone needing care for self or a family member.

In years past this place had a bad reputation under a different name. So I was wary when we had to take my mom here. But they've been very nice. If you have someone you love who has to come to a nursing home then you just have to make sure you get to know the CNAs and the nurses and others who you will be dealing with because you're entering into a relationship with these people where they help you take care of your loved one. I really appreciate each and everyone of them that go above and beyond their pay grade to make sure that my mom gets the attention that she deserves.

I truly feel grateful for this facility. I have not had success stories from any of the facilities that my father has had to go for rehab as they have ALL been a disaster EXCEPT this one. Now anywhere you go you are going to have employees that just don't care and this place had some however the good outweighed the bad. From the admission process to just everyday care and physical therapy, they have been great. This has been a success story for my father and I have been at peace with the care he has been given and not stressed out as with otherplaces. Thank you for the care you have given him and I hope I don't have to use another facility but if I do you will certainly be first choice. Again thank you to the team.
