Families report residents are treated with genuine warmth and mention improved mood and well-being among loved ones. The facility is described as clean and comfortable. Too many cockroaches everywhere. Agency staff mean and rude. Don't even ask for water! All around bad. Why? At three hundred and twenty five dollars a day, what a disappointment. Some were great. Aleasha, Doris were wonderful. Because of them I got water to drink. I was there for almost 3 weeks and only got 2 showers. Just a bad news place! I truly wish I had something nicer to say but there is nothing. Stay away! Good luck!

YIKERS! I'll keep looking. When the first face you are greeted by is that rude, snarky, and disagreeable (Im talking to you, Ms receptionist, and by the by, bragging about how many decades you've worked there does not give you the right to disrespect or belittle people coming inside the building in person inside the building with valid questions), a thousand times, no thank you!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!

My mother has only been a resident of Harnett Woods for a relatively short period of time but the impact on her attitude has been amazing. I haven’t seen her this happy in quite some time and I can only attribute that to the wonderful care that she is receiving at Harnett Woods! The facility is very clean and comfortable and we feel very much that my mother is living her best possible life at this time. Thank you to all at Harnett Woods!!

I can't say enough about the personalized quality of our interactions here. It's been very scary and difficult to decipher the skilled nursing facility world with both parents. Harnett Woods has been able to comfortably and professionally help my family transition my father, who's a veteran, from the Durham VA system, into the local care available near his home. Clarifying all medical needs and addressing all concerns or requests from a family of 5 with equal respect. Ensuring hands-on care with timely expectation management. Upon arrival he was offered a nice shower to wash off the week+ hospital stay, within days a barber and laundry was accommodated. He boasts about the staff and is happy with the room, cleanliness, food and medical treatment. It's such a relief to have medical professionals who care and offer transparency.

My Grandmother, Mother and Aunt were all residents at Harnett Woods. Mother was a short-term rehabilitation patient. My mother was a high maintenance resident and both aides the nurses were very understanding and compassionate. My Grandmother and Aunt were long term patients. It was a blessing being able to see them everyday. The staff treated my relatives as those they were family. I had a great experience and would recommend our facility to anyone needing placement for their love one.
