Angelica over the phone was very unprofessional and rude. I work in the building where an older woman came to visit the clinic and her appointment got canceled somehow. She used my cellphone to make a call because hers wasn’t working and she needed to get a ride back, angelica said she would figure it out and call us back, the older lady decided to take a bus instead and went upstairs to change her appointment and Angelica called back and I let her know she was upstairs but I’m not sure if I’ll see her again but I’ll call her back to make sure. I called Angelica within minutes of that call when the lady showed up in the lobby again. No answer! Okay we wait longer and I call a few time again. Over 35 minutes went by with no response. I attempt again and again until I start to spam and I finally get an answer to where I requested someone pick her up and she immediately blamed me saying I told her she was gone when all I said was I knew she went upstairs and I’d call her back. She left me a very unprofessional voicemail as well. Is this how you treat other people who are just trying to assist the elderly find their way home? Since she’s been here since 9am and it is not almost 1pm. Very inappropriate and unprofessional I hope you think before you speak next time.
