Since my mother has became a resident over a year ago I have nothing but great things to say about the care she is receiving! She adjusted very well being kept busy with activities and therapy. I definitely could not do this without her fabulous care team. Everyone has become like family to her. The facility is kept so clean and always smells nice. She enjoys her food very much. Mom absolutely adores her nurse Charelle and a list of others too long to type!

I walked in, not sure of what I’d see. Well, from the time I walked in, until the time I left, it was a wonderful experience! The employees are smiling and the residents look completely at home. It’s also a very nice facility! As far as safety for the residents…well, me and my husband needed help to get in an out of the place. And let’s not forget the food! The cooks should be commended, definitely! No one reading this review knows me. But if you did, you’d know that I was going in there looking for anything that would affect my loved one in any negative way. I found nothing! Absolutely nothing! And I am so extremely grateful!!! ♥️

After spending eight days together during the evacuation of The Broadway from Lockport to Abbeville for Hurricane Ida, I can honestly say that the Broadway team demonstrated grace under pressure, and complete love and respect for their residents. They are a 5-star home with 6 consecutive deficiency-free surveys for all the right reasons! #broadwaystrong
