Easy to lease, staff was helpful. Well lit up at night. Love my balcony and apartment! Washer and dryer in apartment, very helpful. Very spacious.

Infested with Termites, air-conditioning vent has Mold growing in it ,vent in laundry room hasn't been cleaned up for a year , carpet on each floor is dirty and stained with pet ,doors doesn't lock properly and are opened all night having easy access to building.Maintenance can't even change a lightbulb in refrigerator, they refuse to buy new ice makers for tenants. This Place is not a good living Environment.
