Nice facility with inconsistent service. My mother in law was a resident for 11 years. Some of the PAs are excellent, some are cold and uncaring. Nursing level staff is very good. Upper level management is unresponsive to calls and emails. Difficult to get a response when there is a problem requiring a response beyond what the PAs can provide. Frustrating to deal with from a family perspective.

Our experience with our Mother at the Blake has been positive. She is happy to be there in a clean, safe and caring environment with good food and good friends. Nothing makes her family happier than for her to be content and well taken care of and we thank you for that.

The Blake at Flowood is an exceptional facility with high quality service, a friendly atmosphere, and a commitment to caring for both the residents and their families. I have visited church members several times over the past two years on pastoral care visits, and I have been so impressed by the leadership and organization of the facility. I would highly recommend The Blake at Flowood to anyone in the Jackson Metro area who is looking for quality senior care for their loved ones.
