Blair Memory Care has undergone a wonderful transformation under its newer management, and the newly renovated facility is warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed for its residents. After our family’s experience, I can confidently say that the positive changes extend far beyond the beautiful surroundings—they are reflected in the compassionate people who work there every day. Although my mom was only a resident for one month before she passed away, I will always be grateful for the extraordinary love and care she received. From the very beginning, Olu, the Admissions Director, welcomed our family with warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Every member of the team treated my mom with dignity, patience, and kindness. I would especially like to thank Tai, Diamond, and Stephanie, the medication technicians, for their attentive and compassionate care. We are also deeply grateful to the wonderful aides, including Taffy, Don, and Chyna, whose gentle hearts, cheerful attitudes, and loving support brought comfort to both my mom and our family during such a difficult time. Another thing that truly impressed us was the quality of the meals. The food was freshly prepared, nutritious, and delicious. It was especially touching to watch the dining staff patiently and respectfully assist residents who needed help eating, always with kindness, encouragement, and genuine care. Although losing a loved one is never easy, it brings us great peace knowing that my mom spent her final days surrounded by people who truly cared for her physical, emotional, and personal well-being. We will always be thankful to everyone at Blair Memory Care for the compassion, dignity, and respect they showed her. I wholeheartedly recommend Blair Memory Care to any family looking for a place where their loved one will be genuinely cared for, respected, and loved.

We are very grateful for The Blair Cary! The new management is fostering a community of dedicated staff members who truly care about our Mom. This work isn’t easy but they approach it with compassion and care. In fact, many of the team members we’ve gotten to know have experience with dementia in their own family, which takes the compassion to another level. The team works to offer engaging resident activities as well as events family members can join. For example, they recently hosted brunch the day before Mother’s Day and invited family members to attend. They didn’t have to go to the effort to host an extra event like that but they went above and beyond because they knew it would make their residents and families feel special. You will not find memory care in such a convenient location at this price so for us it is a Godsend. Thank you to all of the team members at The Blair for caring for Mom!

The staff at the Blair are a blessing for my Mother-in-law and us. This decision was one of the hardest decisions we had to make. Every staff member we met immediately treated us like family. They set the expectation on what we were going to experience and what she was going to experience durong this transition. The folks that are part of the Blair family are considered residents. No one is ever a patient and that was important to us. They are caring and attentive to all needs of their residents needs. I highly recommend giving them a visit if you are seeking placement for a loved one.

My mother is living at The Blair in Cary, NC. She has moved in recently. Krystal Saunders , Executive Director and Olu Williams, Sales Director made the application and transitioning process seamless for me . Initially I felt totally defeated and overwhelmed from it all ! From my first meeting with Krystal, I truly felt at ease with placing my mother under her care/leadership. Upon our first meeting, she shared her work experience and what brought her into dementia care. Krystal has been working in the care field for over 20 years but has worked specifically with dementia care for 10 years. With her background, skill set and knowledge, I was very impressed. From meeting with Krystal and her team from time to time, I began to completely trust them with taking care of my mom at her new place of residence. Krystal and her team addressed my concerns and questions regarding the facility and care of my mom in a timely, professional and caring manner. Olu even assisted me with moving my mother along with celebrating her on move in day! They have welcomed my mom and I with open arms as if we are their family... and we are.

We recently moved our loved one into memory care at the Blair, and the experience has been excellent. Olu, the Sales Manager, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and treats residents with dignity. The environment is clean, calm, and welcoming, which gives our family great peace of mind. We highly recommend the Blair to anyone looking for quality memory care.
