This place is not managed well. My Parents lived there. Most of the employees are nice and caring and the setting, design is good. The Management or Owners called "12 Oaks" don't seem to care about people living there. They don't respond well to emails or complaints. The employee turnover in housekeeping and the dining room is very high. They don't clean the rooms and the service in the dining room is slow and subpar. Food is not the best and probably mostly processed. They say they listen to feedback, but my observation, nothing changes. I believe a lot of it is the employees aren't being paid well, respected and end up leaving causing no loyalty, low morale and high turnover. I would look elsewhere. My Siblings were the one that picked this place. I would have chosen somewhere else. Maybe paying a little more means better quality living experience for your loved ones.

Does not care about residents at all. Raise rent without telling them, without improving the building, and doesn't make sure residents get their dinner each day, even though they are paying for it. Also allows male residents to assault women with no repercussions. Do not allow your family to stay here.

My mom has lived here for 2 yrs. She loves it. The staff does a good job of caring for the folks that live there. The community is kept clean and they do a great job of keeping the residents busy. Lots of activities and outings. I can leave there feeling she is safe and well cared for.

My mother has lived at The Atriums since February, 2024. It has been the perfect home for her. There have been many improvements including new paint and elevators-making it fresh and a nice place to spend time outside of the individual apartments. All of the staff has been so gracious and very kind to my mother, and very easy to work with from my perspective. I highly recommend The Atriums, and am grateful to all the staff, from the front desk through upper management.

My mom lived at The Atriums for 6 years until her death last week. She loved her home there! The Care, Cleanliness, Food, Pricing and of course the many Employees were Fantastic. It felt like friends and family to her! It is never perfect at this stage of life, but the Mangement, Chefs and Administrators worked very hard to ensure a great home! Thanks so much for all you have done for my mom and what you continue to do for many others. THANKS!!!! Keep up the great work and effort! You all are appreciated!!!!!!!
