I just cancelled my PT due to unprofessional conduct , disrespectful and disregard. I feel I benefited very little in the past few weeks. I Voiced concerns about my therapist , I was assured some one would contact me to address these concerns. No one ever called. I received a document from my Surgeons office requesting if possible the therapist be knowledgeable with CRPS. My therapist was unaware what it was until I explained. He was late several times with no apology and yesterday never showed up at all. I'm so disappointed with this level of health care. Please do your research to make sure you receive the best care possible.
