I have been blessed to lead Bible Study at Avail for sometime now, my Mom was at another facility. Being at Avail each week I was able to watch and observed in a different role, so when the time had come for me to move my Mom I knew Avail was the place. Everyone there helped to make my Mom’s transition smooth and peaceful. My Mom has thrived in the new place, she is getting to go on outings and new adventures, she is enjoying being in the moment. You see, my Mom has dementia, she is enable to tell you what happened 10 minutes ago, so to have quality of life during this time is a big deal. The kindness that has been shown to me and my Mom is priceless.

Everyone from the owner to the caregivers and everyone in between have been amazing at Avail. We've only been there a few weeks and already feel so incredibly blessed to have our mother there. They are very professional but at the same time incredibly compassionate and they make us feel like our mother is genuinely important to them and that they are really glad we picked them to take care of her. They go way over and above to make sure that she has the best medical care possible and the best life in general that they can give her. I do not hesitate for a minute to give them a 5 star rating. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are always on the move and doing things with their residents. As well as getting the community to come see them. Its always an open house and everyone is welcomed ! Thank you 😊

Our family will forever be grateful to Avail Memory Care for the incredible love, compassion and care they provided to our beloved mother during her time there. From the moment she arrived until her passing, we witnessed nothing but kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth from every member of the staff.<br><br>The caregivers, administrators and support staff were not only skilled, but truly loving. They treated our mother with the dignity and respect she deserved. They ensured that she felt safe, valued and most importantly loved. The communication with us as a family was open, honest and constant. We always felt informed and involved at every step of her journey.<br><br>The daily activities brought joy and purpose to her life, and the regular social and family events were truly exceptional.<br><br>Avail Memory Care is more than a facility it’s a family. A place of compassion, connection and care. We will never forget the support and love we received during such a meaningful chapter of our lives. Avail is absolutely the best! My 88-year-old aunt lives at Avail. When her husband was alive, she lived in a different facility. At The previous facility, I don’t remember a single time that I didn’t hear Staff grumbling or fussing about something. At Avail, all employees speak to you, appear happy, and seem to like their jobs! what a difference! The surroundings are absolutely incredible, beautifully decorated, truly thought out for the sake of the residence and aesthetically pleasing. Direct the apartments are great sized and laid out perfectly. But it’s the people that work @ Avail, that truly make it a home. Chris Beckstrand, the executive director and founder of Avail is absolutely one of a kind. He goes above and beyond for every resident; I have never met anyone like him! From Chris to the Resident Assistants, I cannot brag on them enough. and the amount of family activities they have is outstanding! From major holidays to random gatherings, it is absolutely incredible! We have listened to fantastic music at family gatherings, built, gingerbread houses at Christmas, participated in trunk or treat and Easter egg hunts. These are just A few of the wonderful activities we have participated. My aunt has been there almost a year and she truly loves being @ Avail. And I forgot to mention the food! The chef @ Avail is truly incredible! My aunt is in a wheelchair and is not able to participate in some things, but she loves to eat! They grow their own garden and have these to produce their own honey!I could absolutely live and eat at Avail! Obviously, we all hope to live in our own homes forever, but if you need assistance or just want a community to feel close to, Avail is absolutely by far. The best Senior Living I have ever seen!
