I visit my relative several times a week at Temple Manor. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. The food is great. Residents are treated like family.

Very Hateful verbally abuse Nurse Sherry! ...Dont put your elders there. They cover for her reported nurse Sherry !for calling Bad Name to my mother . .she throws anything she has to pick up .. at the ones who can't hardly talk to speak ..very filthy evey time I went . The office lady with glasses and short curly hair was Rude! and didn't even write my report! 2ND REPORT . don't think.. because her statement to me was, " she was nice the time i went!"AS IF". they would be abusive in front of her.. One girl who i wished I had a name was very sweet and had tattoos her arms .. She said she worked out and a cute boyfriend she had , mom liked .was super helpFul getting my mom up for bathroom ....my mom was on Long term care ..she fell the ..we get call a bump on head were told ..next day we see BIG BLACK EYE AN 2 broken ribs ..Social worker said ..want everyone of our patient out of here ,..My Mom died after a so called bump in the head 9 days later ! Report anyone else. Please ..get rid of the ABUSE being hidden. And they are afraid of repercussions from the NURSE ..i said when i reported her ..there better not be Any repercussionson my mom from her and in 24 housrs later after reporting her mom was DEAD ..

All staff was super friendly, helpful, and very professional both times I visited last week. I had a few small questions and they had no hesitation to give me answers. the place itself is big and has multiple places for the patients to go and hang out and/or get exercise. The only complain I would have about this facility would be the food. I personally didn’t eat it but my grandmother refused to eat because it was so bad according to her. There were notes about what she does and doesn’t like but still the quality needs to be better. She had comments about the main course and desert.

The staff was very helpful. They are very concerned about their patients happiness and needs.. would recommend if you have a loved one going in a nursing home..

It smells of urine upon entering the building and through-out facility, floors were dirty, staff was unattentive to residents. Call button not within reach of residents. Residents medication NOT given in a timely manor and non-ambilitory residents are not turned every 2 hours to help prevent skin breakdown. I was truly upset by it's conditions. When I tried to approach head nursing staff they were abrupt and walked past me. The only bright star was the bath aid that was attending my brother.
