Tammy and Marty’s Adult Care was a great place for my grandma. The current manager has done an amazing job and really cares about the residents and their families. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making the home feel comfortable and welcoming. My grandma lived there for the last couple months of her life. She was 87 and had dementia, and it gave our family a lot of comfort knowing she was being well cared for. Everyone was kind to her and treated her with respect. We’re very thankful for the care she received and would definitely recommend Tammy and Marty’s to other families.

My grandfather is 76 years old and has both Alzheimer's and diabetes, so finding a place where he would be safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for was extremely important to our family. Especially because we live in Denver and he lived here in Pueblo. Tammy and Marty’s Cozy Adult Care Home has exceeded our expectations. The caregivers are kind, patient, and compassionate. They treat my grandfather with dignity and respect, and it gives our family peace of mind knowing he is in such caring hands. You can tell the staff truly care about the residents and work hard every day to make sure everyone is comfortable and well taken care of. One thing that really stands out is how clean and well-maintained the home is. The staff clearly put a lot of effort into keeping everything organized, sanitary, and welcoming. The environment feels warm, safe, and like a real home rather than a facility. I highly recommend Tammy and Marty’s Cozy Adult Care Home to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one. The dedication, kindness, and hard work of the staff make a huge difference, and we are very grateful for everything they do for my grandfather.

This place absolutely deserves zero stars, but that’s not possible on here!! The staff are rude to their residents, they’re lazy, and there is no accountability because the manager hired her family. Who would fire their kids and leave them unemployed? This place leaves urine and feces in their restrooms that their residents use and it dries there. This place makes their residents sign a 35 page contract that they can’t even follow. To add to all of that, they claim it is illegal for them to perform CPR on their residents. This means that if your loved one needs immediate aid, they will wait until the ambulance or first responders arrive. This will greatly reduce the chances that your loved one survives. I spoke to the manager and asked if they would put their loved one there, and they said yes. My loved one had to be brought to my home on multiple occasions because they were losing weight because the facility couldn’t meet their dietary needs and restrictions. They also ignored notes from physical therapists and physicians with regard to physical limitations and care needs that the facility should have been providing. The facility is also supposed to be assisted living which means it is somewhat a healthcare facility and they are using dollar tree type of cleaners in there instead of healthcare facility grade cleaners. I had to file a complaint with the Colorado Department of Health and Environment and contact an ombudsman to help me. Only recently have they made some changes due to pressure they were receiving. They were also violating HIPAA laws up until recently because they were audio and video recording common areas without notifying anyone. Now they have signs notifying people they are being recorded. This review may or may not trigger a response, but if anyone has doubts, I have pictures, videos, and an audio recording of a meeting with the manager where they admit they won’t do CPR and that they can’t follow the contract and that they will make sure the feces and such is cleaned up (they didn’t keep their promise with the feces and other things). Absolutely don’t put anyone you care about here! EVER! This is a HORRIBLE place!!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would have. Absolutely not a good place. It is not clean, makes the residents take showers with fecal matter left on shower chairs. Complains about taking care of the residents and feeing them. Yells at the residents. The owners are very manipulative and are very rude. My family signed a contract that the owners can’t even follow. This is a horrible place. Please, do not leave your family members here!!

My sister has autism so I thought that I would try this home out for her. Now my sister wants to shave her head. When I try to explain why that might not be a good idea she says that I'm a man and men are mean. Try to keep in mind that people with mental disabilities can be easily influenced. I pulled my sister out of here. Now I have to hide my hair clippers every time I'm finished with them. The couple who owns the place seemed like a good fit. I understand that they have a child with autism. They weren't the right fit my sister and I. Maybe they will be for you.
