Residents amazing, day and afternoon staff for the most part great, just really disappointed in hearing from my loved one about staff members talking poorly about other staff members. There is a time and place for that and it’s not in front of residents. On multiple occasions I’ve gotten calls from my loved one saying that staff was in their room talking poorly about other staff members whom I’ve met and had no issues with, I actually preferred the staff they were talking poorly of. This is beyond disappointing and I feel bad for the staff members who are being treated this badly. I’ve personally witnessed a staff member crying because of the stuff they were saying about them. I really wish it wasn’t like that, that’s not fair to the staff or the residents.

My daughter’s mother-in-law, told my daughter about Cappellas! We are all so grateful! The staff is awesome! Hard working! Friendly! Kind and Loving! The place is clean and well kept all of the time! There are games and activities scheduled nearly all day long, every day, that you can participate in or not! They literally cook, clean and look after us like family!

Finding the right fit for an aging parent. Cappella checked the majority of our needs! The design of the complex is very forward. Allowing residents to wonder and be safe! The internal courtyard is peaceful tranquil to sit among nature.<br>The floor staff are genuinely caring professionals. Who implements medical directives to the T!<br>Staff are knowledgeable- with helpful information. With plenty of activities suited for everyone!<br><br>Cappella allows and supports family members to be involved in their loved ones stay to assure the best mental health support is available for your loved one. A place for positive interaction and not just a place to shelf an older parent.<br><br>The dining room again is designed to encourage interaction with other residents. (menu needs to be monitored / primary cook is not sensitive to residents food restrictions / an ongoing area for improvement.)<br><br>More importantly it is your loved one’s next home!

My Mother has been a resident at Capella for six months now, and we cannot fully express how thankful we are to have found such a wonderful facility for her! The staff really cares about providing not only excellent care but a compassionate and welcoming environment for all of their residents. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!!
