Qui a autorisé des travaux de rénos NON urgents ? Ces travaux auraient dû être faits pendant la saison morte = durant l’été Qui a engagé ce contracteur sans permis qui en résulte que tous les services communautaires sont cadenassés ? En plus de se faire dire qu’on use le plancher du Clubhouse avec le Walk-Walk, qu’on salit la piscine avec l’Aqua-forme, qu’on graisse les chaises longues limitées à 10 même en temps fort? Qu’on joue aux hypocrites avec la boisson cachés dans des sacs mis par terre et des coupes en plastique lors de soirée dans la salle. Ça fait 3 ans que la piscine est fermée pendant le temps des fêtes, temps fort où on reçoit nos enfants et petits-enfants. C’est loin d’être invitant depuis 5 ans.

Très déçu pourquoi pas de piscine encore cette année dans le temps des fêtes ( Noël )… pourquoi on paie pour des services qu on ne reçois pas aucune excuse de la direction je me demande si quelqu’un peux régler ce problème la une bonne fois pour toute! Je suis très déçue et choquée du fonctionnement. A chaque année, la piscine est fermée dans le temps des Fêtes, et elle est mal entretenue. On reçoit notre visite et ne peut même pas se baigner, c'est fâchant. On aura une augmentation et rien ne justifie cela. Pourquoi ne pas faire les travaux en été ou avant que les Snowbirds arrivent. L'eau pour se doucher est trop froide, le monde n'aime pas cela et souvent l'eau de la piscine est brouillée. On nous dit qu'on salit les chaises car on ne met pas de serviettes, je n'ai jamais vu quelqu'un sans sa serviette sur la chaise. La saleté noire est la même qu'il y a partout. Nous, on doit nettoyer tout les jours nos chaises dehors. Et je pourrais continuer... Merci de me répondre.
