Tahoe Senior Plaza

Tahoe Senior Plaza is an affordable senior housing community in South Lake Tahoe, California, serving low-income seniors aged 62 and older. The community operates under the HUD 202/PRAC Program and contains 45 one-bedroom apartments.

The community provides a service coordinator to connect residents with community and medical services. Residents have access to common areas within the property, and reasonable accommodations are available for residents with disabilities to ensure equal opportunity to use and enjoy their apartments and communal spaces.

Tahoe Senior Plaza allows residents to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome.
