Kelly Ridge

Kelly Ridge is an affordable senior housing community for residents 62 and older with low incomes, located in South Lake Tahoe, California. Set on more than three acres amid a wooded forest, the community features cozy lodge-like architecture and 33 one- and two-bedroom apartments.

The apartments include safety features such as a cook stop system that automatically shuts down the stove and oven. Residents benefit from a community room with a large-screen television for activities and events, weekly private van-transport service to shopping and other community excursions, and access to a service coordinator who connects residents to community and medical services.

Kelly Ridge welcomes pets in residents' apartments, including common household pets and service or assistance animals. Pet rules are in place to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, covering registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and pet restraint in common areas. Service animals are exempt from these pet rules. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, and residents must sign a non-smoking agreement.
