I've been very pleased with the attentive and caring staff at Tacoma Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. They truly go above and beyond to make our family member feel welcome and comfortable. The staff takes the time to ask about individual needs and preferences and then makes every effort to accommodate them.

At times, I've had to follow up on outstanding questions or requests, but I understand that patience should go both ways because the staff so care for many residents and have a lot to manage.

Overall, their kindness, patience, and personal attention have made a meaningful difference, and we're very grateful for the care they provide.

This is the best nursing and rehab facility I've ever come across. My mom has been there for 12 weeks and she was sad to leave. Most are so ready to go home. She complained about not getting condiments with meals and in a committee meeting she mentioned it and now they give condiments with meals when needed. Neena is an amazing nurse. They all are but she shines when it comes to caring and being compassionate. The food could be better but I hear they hired a new manager for the kitchen my mom says it's the only facility she will ever go to again in future if needed.
Thank you all for a great experience

I’ve gone there twice after back surgeries. It’s a very clean facility with friendly people. Nurses are highly qualified as are the therapists! Quiet but also various activities like Bingo. At least once a month they bring in live entertainment for the residents! Residents can go outside to a covered area to smoke. I Highly recommend it !!!
