My experience with Synergy Has been flawless since I signed up with them and December 2024. All my needs have been met by the schedulers at all times. My caregivers are all great! I love them all!

Absolutely terrific experience. We were caught up short, suddenly needing professional and competent home health care with 48 hours notice. Synergy to the rescue!<br>They somehow found—in the middle of Montana— a marvelous caregiver who did a fantastic job. I give them my highest recommendation and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The one thing that stands out to me about Synergy Home Care is, all the caregivers and owners, truly cares about the people they are helping. This is not just a job to them. The caregivers are a great bunch and do their best to make the client they are caring for feel safe, loved, and cared for.

Worst Service EVER!!! Read your contracts closely they nickel and dime you for every minute, even minutes not spent in your home. I strongly recommend requesting a meet & greet with any candidate they plan on scheduling prior to the start of service and them dumping a young person (fresh out of high school) on your door step to care for your senior loved one.
