It is with heartfelt gratitude that I share this review on behalf of the Synergy Home Care team. 🌷<br><br>My family member was cared for by April - a dedicated, outstanding and warm Synergy caregiver to him 3 days a week for several months. He was sharp , in his 60s , working from home but physically needed a helping hand around the house and a little stand by assist with his ADLs. Being super independent he was not feeling great about hiring an aide but April was kind and gentle and treated him with respect and dignity. As time went on, he became more open to the idea and he became a fan. 💜<br><br>In addition- Margaret and the administration were personable and efficient in communicating any updates or changes to the schedule and they were very understanding when we had curveballs on our end.<br><br>When your loved one is battling serious health challenges between the medical appointments, tests, and the illness itself- it can be overwhelming. It helped both of us to know that for a few hours each week this part of his life was positive and predictable.<br><br>🙏 Thank you Team Synergy for the warm and loving service. It meant more to our family than I can express. 🩷
