I was very impressed with the fact that I could talk to Eric directly and did not have to wait for a call back. The information was forthcoming and immediate. An appointment was made to have an interview with my Mother in law to which Megan his nurse and Eric both attended. She needed over night assistance with my father in law in addition to the care he was receiving through hospice. They stayed most of the afternoon and answered every question. They both treated my in laws with the utmost kindness and empathy which was so needed during this difficult time. I would recommend Synergy HomeCare of Burnsville to anyone who is looking for home care of any kind for their loved ones

I was working with Eric to try and find in home care for my parents. He was very friendly to talk with and did a great job explaining about the company and how they can help with keeping my parents at home. Due to support needs change of my mom having to go to long term care we were not able to move forward and work together, but Eric was supportive all along the way and said the company wants what is best for the customer and understood the need.
