My father in law has been at Swift Creek since September 2025. He started on skilled nursing and is now in assisted living. The staff has been wonderful taking care of him. They are also always available when we need to contact them.

Attended a community event for a dinner. Love that this facility is not only supporting community, but getting residents involved. The staff was super nice and everything was set up for resident safety (from door staff to food service). The food was surprisingly delicious - I've visited facilities for family that had terribly bland food so I was pleased to have eye pleasing salad options and great sauce with flavor!

Our Mother has been in the assisted living for at Swift Creek for 5 years. She has had nothing but exceptional care. Staff, Administration and Facilities are excellent.

Swift Creek has been a good rehab facility for my mom. The nurses and aides have been so kind and the PT and OT have helped my mom regain her strength so she can go back home. There have been some hiccups as expected but advocating for my mom has helped. The activities that were planned were fun as well. Thanks to all the staff! We also enjoyed getting to know the residents over our time here. If we ever need a rehab again, we will definitely want a bed offer from swift creek health center! Thank you all.

All the reviews of Swift Creek regarding neglect, high staff turnover, and the use of outside Agency staffing are true. My loved one spent 2021 in this facility and I was very impressed with the beautiful interiors and looked forward to my loved one having a great experience. It was literally the year from hell. Despite trying to work with the Corporate office to voice concerns and improve conditions for everyone on the 4th floor, several of us moved our loved ones out. It's about the money and not the care unfortunately.
