I called to see what the requirements were and what they offered for my mom. The first woman hung up on me three times saying she doesn’t answer spam calls. I said I lived at Shine which is about 4 miles away. She finally connected me with someone above her and that lady said she had a incoming call and asked for my number. Before I could finish it she hung up on me. Very sorry customer service so I have to assume that’s how they care for the patients. Would not recommend.
