My sister and I are pleased to see that our father's care seems to be in good hands. There were quite a few smiling staff members on the floor when we first visited about 4 pm on a Thursday . We witnessed positive interactions between residents and staff. Multiple people in charge of his care contacted us by phone right away. Whereas the place he was prior let days go by without contacting us. Sutton has certainly given us the warm and fuzzies compared to the facility from which we just had him transferred.

My father was at Sutton Park for about four months after his hip surgery and I honestly didn’t know what to expect going in. What I found was a staff that actually knew his name, remembered how he took his coffee, and checked in on him without being asked. The place is clean, the food is decent, and more importantly my dad felt like a person there, not just a patient. That meant everything to us.

My father has been at Sutton Park Center for several months, and I am very grateful for the care he receives. I live in Florida, so being away is not easy, but the staff gives me great peace of mind. From the front desk to the entire team on the third floor, everyone is kind, caring, and attentive. The nurses, aides, food service, and housekeeping staff all treat my father with respect and compassion. I asked my dad how he feels there, and he told me everyone is very kind to him. Thank you all for taking such good care of him. My family and I truly appreciate it.

Staff is attentive and friendly. I was met by a young lady who gave me instructions on signing in. After my visit several staff members engaged in friendly conversation on my favorite team while I waited for the elevator. All in all my visit was a positive experience.
