I'm not sure that I can find the right words to share my extraordinary experience with Sue Paradis and her team. I can say that I don't know how I would have survived the past 8 months without the wonderfully supportive and compassionate care that SHHC, LLC provided for us. Always on time, always creative and thoughtful, and always kind and helpful, no matter what came up. I very strongly recommend SHHC, LLC for when, if the time comes, your loved one needs more care than you can offer. I offer my hearty and enthusiastic recommendation for their service. Absolute life savers!

My family and I cannot say enough good things about Sue and her team who are caring for my mom and dad. Lynne, Gayla, Roberta, Wendy, Lori and Jennifer care for our parents like they were their own. They are kind, compassionate and loving. Sue has been a godsend, helping us navigate a very difficult time and personally caring for my folks as well.

From the first day we met with Sue Paradis, the owner, to the day our dad drew his last breath, everyone at Superior Home Healthcare LLC went far above and beyond the minimum required to care for Dad and for us. Sue and her team were able to rapidly and flexibly respond to Dad’s rapid degradation in condition. We always felt confident when we could not be there with Dad that the staff at Superior Home Heslthcare LLC were taking loving attentive care of Dad. But the company went far beyond just caring for Dad’s needs. Sue and her caregivers always made sure my sister and I were supported as well. We feel incredibly blessed to have found this company to support Dad and us through his last weeks. We would recommend them 100% to anyone in northeast MA needing home health support.

We emergently needed care for my elderly father who fractured his neck and Susan responded to our need with kindness, compassion and promptness- as if it had been her own father. No other organization responded as she did. Her expertise , industry knowledge and careful selection of caregivers made her stand out among the multiple other reputable agencies we had contacted . Her caregivers provide compassion, humor and expert care. We are grateful to her and for her workers.

I very highly recommend Superior Home Health Care. Susan, the owner, is genuine, caring, thorough and professional. I needed caregivers for my mother for one month, and Susan made sure that my needs and my mother‘s needs were met at all times. She was always prompt in responding to me and checked in with us routinely. She even came to our home to meet personally multiple times to have a conversation about how things were going. Every time I spoke with her, I felt completely comfortable, and I knew that she truly cared about my mother‘s well-being and my own. I have also worked with Susan previously to a lesser extent, and she has always been willing to help in any way that she is able to. She is a gem! In addition, the caregivers were absolutely amazing. They were attentive, kind, open to feedback and flexible with their schedules. I felt truly comfortable leaving my mother in their care. They all paid great attention to performing the requested tasks and went beyond as well. My mother and I developed such a nice relationships with them. If you ever need care for your loved one, I am sure that you will not be disappointed if you choose to work with Superior Home Health Care. Susan and her caregivers are absolutely excellent, beyond words!
