Clean, lovely staff. As a RN I recognize dedicated providers.my heart goes out to all the staff (from front desks to the PACs to the RNs ..I appreciate what you do to improve the quality of life to those who have been dealt a bad hand) THANK U

My mother had foot surgery and everyone at Masconomet was wonderful to her (and me) during her stay there. Nurses and administrative staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. The property was very nice and comfortable. Everyone there helped to make this process much easier on my mother and me. We’re both thankful.

My mother stayed at this facility: we asked 3 times to have a family meeting with the social worker, was told "absolutely, no problem" and it never happened. My mother and her roommate were given the wrong the medications-they gave my mother her roommates pain meds and her roommate got my mothers. She needed her would vac dressing changed, and they tried using an unsterile piece of foam. My mother asked to be released against medical advice because she and our family were very concerned for her well being.

Very clean staff is attentive and professional to patients needs Concerts 2x a week,hair salon and nail salom available and food most days yummy!

The entire staff at Masconomet went over and above today when I visited my Dad. The Nurses were informative and helpful, the Occupational Therapist was extremely thorough and motivating, and even the woman at the Reception Desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience!
