I’m writing in response to Tammie’s C. review on Sat. the 18th. Tammie is a relative who loves my mom who has been at SHC since 8/23. While visiting with my sister on Saturday she became concerned and wrote this review in my opinion without careful consideration and against our family’s wishes and consent. Even though Tammie means well, it is not an accurate representation of our immediate family’s views. As POA for my mom I spoke directly with Samir who runs the home about Tammie’s concerns and as always he was extremely responsive to every item. Our family visits weekly and has been impressed with the level of compassionate care and quality of this care facility. Nothing is perfect in this world, but Samir and his staff come very close. Samir has 100% of the time quickly and happily addressed every concern I have ever brought to his attention. My mom’s visiting nurse w/ 40 years of experience gave me an unsolicited opinion of this care facility stating it has a high level of compassionate care and is one of the cleanest she has seen. I hope Tammie feels her concerns have been addressed properly and thank her for her visit and love for our mother.
