Probably one of the least welcoming communities I've ever been at. Paying your HOA dues, gives you access to the community center. Great!!<br><br>But before you can use the pool tables, you need to get a lesson from someone. Because obviously, we aren't old enough to leave things the way we found them.<br><br>Pickleball for beginners is great. Very welcoming. After that, you see how there are so many cliques. You get judged whether you are worthy to play with people. If you want to play certain round robins, you can't, because a snobby group of people have to certify you, and unless you suck up to them, they won't. I have never tried to get certified, but I've seen plenty of people who have, and have had to jump through their hoops over the years. I've seen people be ok with warming up with you on the court, but as soon as you say, how about we play a game, they will literally grab the ball and freeze like a deer in headlights, because they won't play with you, as you're not in their approved cool group.<br><br>You see something interesting on the calendar at the community center, so you go to take a look, to see what it is before joining in the future. You are rudely told to leave because you haven't signed up for it.<br><br>The positives are, it's a very quiet area. If you stay at your house, and don't have to interact with people in any of the group/community activities, you'll love it. Neighbors are really nice. Shopping is near by now and they are building more.<br><br>The people that live here, need to learn to be welcoming. It's hard enough to make new friends when you're older, let alone when you're new to the city and state, and don't know anyone here.

No way in heck I would live there. The hoa is terrible with fines on the elderly for silly crap. Many better places to live than there in this area.

Google asked me to rate and this is my honest opinion. Yes I do have family members that live there.<br><br>Not for me. Probably not for my family either much longer. But tons of uppity snobby rich folk like it. Keep that in mind before moving here.
