Those reviews were pretty old this is my mother's third time here but first two under old management it's under new rent all the same it depends on what size you want two bed 700.00 a month + 700.00 deposit then u have one bedroom I think those are full and the studio are 300.00 plus deposit 300.00 and all utilities are included also free wash dry mon.thru fri. From 8-4 closed on holiday and weekends due vandalism was being done to the machine no bed bugs that I've seen may three German roaches but you report it and they come spray .As for the maintenance we reported the sliding glass door wasn't wanting to close properly to lock it they fixed in minutes of reporting it manager very polite and friendly helpful and kind u might have to be put on a waiting list depending on what you want but they will call you back right away and let u know we weren't on no list we just drove here went to the office and moved in the next day they get rid of some trouble makers and some druggies that we're dealing. There are store's that are walking distance a Domino's Farmers Market a Dollar General a Dollar Tree a Movie Theater, KFC,Sonic,McDonalds. There you have it,

Moved my mom out of there. Bed bugs! Management is so bad. Jeanette should be replaced. Rudest manager ever. I reached out to every one of their board of directors and not one single response. They don't care about their tenants.

I live here, and enjoy it. It’s quiet, all bills are included in the rent, and each building has FREE washers/dryers. I have NEVER seen bugs in my apartment. The police patrol the area, so it’s very safe.
