My uncle is in the memory care building & l am very happy with the staff and his room. My uncle can be a pain but they are very tolerate & accepting. The food is good & they have several activities throughout the day. I enjoy attending "Family Night" when they host it. I highly recommend this place. I enjoy visiting my uncle along with the other residents. The activity directors do an amazing job.

awful place, has roaches and bugs. management doesnt care about their residents or their staff. constant falls due to lack of staff,I tried my hardest to change residents when needed but I was expected to care for 12+ people on my own at times even when I was injured from this horrible place. I was lied to and told two different things, that med techs are only supposed to med tech, then told that med techs are supposed to be caregivers too. med tech June is a nightmare, she thinks its okay to leave residents in soiled diapers rather than take them to the bathroom immediately. my back was killing me and so i asked her for help and she refused. ended up taking a heavy resident to the bathroom on my own with the worst back pain I ever had. she was completely soiled and needed a pants change too. next day when I woke up and didnt have work,I had to call 911 to get out of bed. I injured my back. Luis kept trying to intimidate me and he was a bully towards me. June is a huge bully as well. Luis tried to tell me that I said that my injury happened at home when that never happened. dont send your loved ones to this hell hole. I told Luis too that staff were making videos with residents and making fun of them and he didnt do anything about it. disgusting place, building d has some hoarder esque rooms as well. most of these residents dont have toothbrushes and toothpaste and I asked the wellness director to take care of that and it never happened. I could go on and on about how god awful this place is. Ivy Park At Alta loma is such a better place.

Sun-Lit Gardens will meet all your expectations and beyond. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sun-Lit Gardens for the first time with my mother (future resident) of the facility. I was immediately impressed with the curb appeal of Sun-Lit, the well-maintained grounds, and beautiful buildings. Visitors can expect to be greeted by friendly staff at the information desk which features a guest sign in book, calendars of upcoming events, and fun “daily chronicle” newsletters (as shown). Kassie, the marketing director was very informative and patient; taking the time to give me and my mom a quick tour of the rooms and those available to my mom. My mom and I were also able to see the amazing outside patio in the back of the facility where residents can enjoy some fresh air, it was during this part of the tour when Kassie mentioned some of the activities Sun-Lit offers, such as: pet therapy/visits (residents socializing with dogs) and holiday dinners (including residents’ family members) just to name a few. By the way, I received the most precious picture of my mother showing off her freshly manicured hands done by a staff member at Sun-Lit, my mom was “all smiles” in the photo! I am so excited for the opportunities my mom will experience and the excellent care and attention she will receive during her stay at Sun-Lit. It is not always easy finding a perfect assistant living facility, I am beyond grateful!

Our family has been so blessed by every one at Sunlit Gardens. They have taken my mom and all of us in as part of their family. I truly appreciate all that they have done for my mom. It’s has been such a difficult process to find a place that is not just clean, but also welcoming and all around good. We found it in Sunlit Gardens. Thank you so much! I pray God blesses everyone there and provides for all their needs. In Jesus’s name!

Sunlit Gardens is an answer to prayer. I didn’t know where to go to find a place that I felt would be best for my mom. The process to get my mom situated with Sunlit was seamless… There are so many activities for my mom to do. Every staff member is welcoming, considerate, kind, and helpful to both my mom and myself. The facility is clean at all times. The food is amazing. The residence all are happy and peaceful. I couldn’t recommend this enough for anyone looking for a place for a parent or a family member who is aging and in some cases dealing with dementia, as my mom is. They not only have an assisted living building, but one for residence with dementia and then 2 memory care buildings. All 4 buildings have activities and are treated as one Sunlit Gardens home !
