Great place!!! The staff really try hard to meet everyone's needs. The really do try hard. They have so many patients with a variety of needs. Administration needs to hire more staff to balance out and meet the amount of patients needs to the staff ratio. All of the staff are a Godsend especially Anna, Shantel, and Reggie. I gave them 4 stars because they need to hire more staff. Good place.

Wonderful facility with wonderful people. I highly recommend bringing your loved ones here. It is very clean and smells really good here which is not common for people to say at skilled nursing facilities. You can also see all the awards they won and they also won the highest award in their company twice. Really cool and neat to see as a visitor that they care about always doing better.

I was pleased with the neatness of the environment the first day I walked into the facility. Each individual i met front the front desk down was super friendly and have a big smile on their faces. It's been an amazing 1 month at Sun West Choice and I look forward to forever 😃

Love this place. You are always greeted with a smile. Nursing and therapy are so polite and awesome. If I have any questions, it gets answered right away. They are constantly renovating and it looks nicer every time I visit!

My husband Jack had Vascular Dementia, and we had to place him in a Behavioral/Dementia Long Term Care facility. We chose Sun West Choice where he passed peacefully. I can not express how relieved I was that he was there. The facility was clean and bright. All of the CNA's were cheery, helpful and treated my husband with kindness and respect. Jessica his nurse was equally considerate and respectfully to my husband as well as to me. She always kept me informed of my husband's medical care. At times with a phone call. GOLD stars to everyone from the Front Desk to the people who cleaned his room. You were all so wonderful and I will forever be grateful for your care and kindness. Barbara Koon
