Our father has been here for almost seven years now, everyone is very friendly and they have always helped him with all his needs. Over the years his care has changed and they have made him comfortable and happy in this stage of life. Director Marco, Jennifer and the nurses keeps us informed of his needs and we are appreciative of them. We are very happy that our father lives at this home!

Pacifica Sun City Center was a terrible experience. The conditions are poor, with inadequate maintenance, dirty and neglected common areas, and ongoing issues that were never properly addressed. For a facility that claims to provide quality care, the environment alone is unacceptable.<br><br>More troubling is the level of care. While she was living here, her condition clearly deteriorated, not improved. Concerns were raised multiple times, yet responses were slow, inconsistent, or dismissive. It felt like her well-being was not a priority.<br><br>Management also increased the price unexpectedly, without transparency or any noticeable improvement in care or services.<br><br>I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking for safe, attentive care for a loved one. Belvedere Commons across the street is a far better option—cleaner, better run, and noticeably more attentive to residents’ needs. I deeply regret not choosing Belvedere Commons from the start.

I don’t think I have ever walked into a place and knew from the start that I was in the right place. My sister and I were out touring homes and we found the perfect one for a parent. Everyone was amazing and they all took the time to speak to us and interact with us on a personal level. The tour was so in-depth and we were given so much more information than any of the other facilities we visited. Jennifer is a SHINING STAR! She knew everyone’s name, she knew their likes and dislikes, she introduced us to the residents and even involved some of them in the tour. It was the sweetest most memorable tour we took all day. We know this is the place. Thank you for helping to ease the guilt and bring a feeling of relief that we found A Place for Mom.
