⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heartfelt Care and Extraordinary Staff<br><br>Our family’s experience with Summit Pointe Senior Living in Marion, Iowa, has been exceptional! Several years ago, we had a very positive experience with my aunt and uncle staying here, so when we realized that Mom was no longer able to live at home by herself, we already knew Summit Pointe was the absolute best choice for her.<br><br>Leaving her home was tough for Mom, but the entire team made the transition so much easier. The facility itself is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Mom spent time in both assisted living and memory care, and through every stage, the staff—especially the incredible Resident Assistants—went above and beyond!<br><br>These wonderful women made some very sad, difficult days so much brighter and easier to navigate. They treated Mom with dignity, respect, and deep kindness every single day. Most importantly, she truly felt valued, safe, and loved. I cannot thank the team at Summit Pointe enough for the compassion and genuine care they showed my mom and our family.

I am writing this review as a daughter of a current independent renter, my mom, at Summit Pointe Senior Living, and have been very impressed with the facilities. My mom is in a spacious one bedroom, with full kitchen and laundry room apartment. She’s needed limited maintenance help, plus they will hang any pictures she wants.<br>The staff has been great. We met Kayla a couple of times and she was able to answer any questions we had.<br>I and my siblings have dined with mom on several occasions—lunch or dinner and it was good. One can even order off the menu if one doesn’t’ want the entrée provided for that day. I am impressed the wait staff knows my mom by name.<br>The monthly activity calendar is jam-packed with social and educational events. My mom attends bingo, rosary, music entertainers and of course, the happy hour every Friday. My mom doesn’t want to miss a thing!<br>The monthly rent is reasonable and includes all three meals, all activities, arm alert and housekeeping for her apartment once a week. We (my siblings) find it’s a great value.<br>Overall, we are very happy with or choice. Summit Pointe offers a friendly, active environment and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home.

Summit Pointe has been a life saver for my ex-stepmother. We were thrown into helping her when she had serious medical issues. Kayla was my angel in disguise with helping us with a room, furnishings and taking on her medical issues. With us being the closest relatives we had to help her. Summit point helped us to help her since we had to start with basically nothing, as her house was no longer an option or using anything in it. Linda has adjusted well and we are thankful.

The river boat lunch cruise was awesome. Only negative was it was crowded. Food was great. Bus trip was very pleasant.
