I love the updates that have been made at Silver Oak! There are many building updates to make it feel warm and homey. Staff enjoys their jobs and loves providing for the residents. The smiles on the resident’s faces make everyday special and reminds us to enjoy what we do every day! The confidence Silver Oak staff has earned with residents, families and community sources shows the dedication of each person that is a part of Silver Oak.

Absolutely the best! So glad I met Alison, the administrator, who introduced me to rest of the awesome staff there. They helped me the whole way, after leaving Northbrook which made her actually get worse. Alison, Michelle, Hope, Ben, and everyone else I’ve encountered there have been better than ever expected. No agency staff for over a year! Wow, so rare. New leadership has really turned things around at Silver Oak over the past year. The residents are happy, staff are consistent, and the vibe has definitely shifted upward.

My brother spent the last year of his life at Silver Oak in Marion. We are grateful that he was welcomed into Silver Oak where he received high quality attentive care. As a family member, I was kept informed, visits were welcomed, and needs were heard and supported.
