The administrator is very good to us.She has taught me many good lessons.I think she goes above and beyond for us,making sure we always are well taken care of by staff.She always makes sure we have a good time and that things are always positive.She allows us to speak our minds freely and use resources needed to contact proper professionals about any concerns or complaints.She knows how to joke with us when she sees us having bad days.She makes sure that all of us residents are content with how things are ran here or how certain people act we are always put above everyone.

My mother has been at Summer Villa since September of last year. They have provided her with a clean, safe home. They get mom up and active with activities mom enjoys, like arts and crafts and karaoke. The staff, especially Erica, are attentive and caring. Erica maintains constant communication with the family, so we always know what is going on with mom. Great place!

We’ve had such a positive experience with this facility. The staff is attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about the residents. My grandmother has been there for a while, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The place is well run, the activities are thoughtfully planned, and there’s a strong sense of community. It’s a huge comfort knowing she’s in a safe, respectful, and caring environment. I highly recommend Summer Villa.

My mother is on her death bed covered in scabies and bed bug bites , staff being the bugs home as well. Facility is dirty and they care none about the quality of life for the people they support

Horriable place to put your loved one. Have one CNA on one floor and one cna on a lock down unit with a med tech. Plus, cna has to take garbage out and do laundry during shift, While taking care of patients. Really lock down unit with one cna. Owner is Horriable.
