I can't say enough good things about Sugar Creek Senior Living facility. If I could give a 10 star rating I would. When my mother made the decision to move to assisted living I took her to Sugar Creek for a tour of their facility. The administration and staff were very friendly and informative and were happy to answer all our questions. When she decided to move there the transition was smooth and the staff were very helpful in getting her settled in. During her stay there everyone involved in her care, from the nursing staff to the aides, were absolutely stellar. Communication with the family was excellent and the peace of mind for us and for mom that came from knowing there was always someone there to see after her well being cannot be overstated. My mother, who was a Registered Nurse and a state surveyor of healthcare facilities in years past, was very impressed with the quality of care and maintenance of the facilities, and gave very high praise to Jesse, the Administrator, and Tara, the Director of Nursing, as well as the aides and kitchen staff. I know that my mother received the best possible care while a resident of Sugar Creek and I couldn't have been more pleased with them throughout my mother's stay there. Anyone who may be in need of an assisted living facility for themselves or a family member in the Brownsville area should not hesitate to contact the staff there.
