When I say I had the first, worst and last experience here on yesterday 02-03-2026~. We came from Memphis, TN, The atmosphere was not a welcoming one when myself and 3 other family members were visiting my brother. They were staring but didn't speak at the front desk, gave us directions to the room and didn't say hey or welcome to.... there weren't any seats to sit down. We went to get assistance for that. I wanted to speak with the social worker about something concerning his insurance, before even asking a ~white lady~ she came off rude "I have an important phone call" whatever question we had we had to call a 1-800 number. She didn't greet us, we then spoke with a supervisor about her rudeness. My brother was in the room and he said his stomach was hurting but they didn't find no interest in seeing what they can do about him he been hurting all that day. I feel like they are lazy he wasn't treated fairly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all.

I stopped in for a visit today and was welcomed with warm smiles and friendly people. The staff were engaging with the residents and it was nice to hear fun and laughter with both.

The care my sister has received during her stay at this facility has been outstanding. From the administration, nurses, activities director, meals, rehab, housekeeping you have been amazing. My sister is well cared for. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for personal and professional care for your loved one.

My mother has been on the memory care floor for 2yrs now, the staff are always friendly and try to keep me up to date on her progress. They were really on top of things when they went though the tornado 2023 making sure the family's knew their loved ones were safe and secure in there care.So to the staff of Magnolia Creek Memory care I want to give a big thank you for the care and support you give to my mother.

Wonderful place! I have had amazing experiences there with residents and staff! It's always nice and clean and smelling wonderful! And that's a hard task to keep up with in nursing facilities. Employers are sweet,friendly, kind and caring towards visitors and families.
