Update: We moved here this year, and even though he already "made the sale," Dave still cares enough to check-in and see that we are having a good experience! We certainly are! Stoneridge does have all the amenities I saw on my first visit. The most noticeable aspect of this community is that COMMUNITY is valued - residents and staff are incredibly and consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful. There's so much to do here and the spacious grounds allow you to spend time alone in beautiful surroundings or to join up with others for many activities, indoors and out. I will say that it is quite an adjustment to go from single-home ownership, doing things your own way for decades and then joining a community that determines such everyday things as when the restaurants are open for reservation, what your menu choices are, and who your internet provider will be. Many of us joke about these annoyances, but we wouldn't trade places because we can't imagine a better place to retire with safety, security, and excellent healthcare nearby. My husband and I met with Dave Kamalman for a tour of Stoneridge Creek. It is so beautiful, with plentiful, well-maintained residences, facilities, amenities, and common areas. We had a delicious lunch outdoors with Dave and felt like we were eating at a fancy country club. There are more activities available than I can even remember, including gorgeous pools, 3 restaurants, yoga and dance classes, an observatory, library, and crafts rooms. Dave does not do a hard sell, but he is so welcoming and he knows his stuff. When we are ready to sell our home, we will look forward to the Stoneridge Creek lifestyle, free of ownership responsibilities, with time to enjoy all that community has to offer.
