My mother is currently in this facility. Where do I start? We were met and admitted by someone who seemed 5 minutes out of high school, completely unqualified. We have had to ask 2 or 3 times for basic needs. And more than once have had to track down somebody. My mother is 84 and has a broken ankle, and in boot. She needs assistance getting in out of bed and to/from the toilet. But when she pushes button for assistance, it takes 15 minutes or more for them to come
Last night they got her to the toilet and then never came back. She was forced (without even a walker for assistance) to make the way back to her bed with no walker and no assistance. That isn't even all. If you have a choice don't bring your loved ones here.

My mom came here after a fall and hospital stay. All of the staff were very kind and caring with my mom.
Her room had a very strong urine odor that they had tried to clean several times but when that failed, they were kind enough to move her to a different room that was very clean and no odors.
We are very happy with Stonehenge. Thank You!

My Mother was in this facility for 5 weeks, recovering from a stroke. I want to start by saying Todd and all staff in physical therapy/occupational therapy deserve ten stars. Even though my mother tried her hardest to get better, she just could not. But it wasn’t by any means the staff!! They pushed her, encouraged her and yes loved her. The food was top notch The Nurses were spectacular and truly were so patient and sweet with my mom. I can’t say enough about the aids. Every single one of them treated her with respect love and kindness ❤️. I spent many hours with my mom there and I personally made great friends that I hope to see again. Thanks Again Stonehenge 😊. Once again this facility is Top Notch

In 2019 I was a patient there. In 2025 my sister was a patient there and recieved the worst treatment by the nurses and aids. The food quality was not there they didn't hardly give enough food to heal. Her meals her tiny and not enough protein the plates barley had any food on the plate.
