The Village at Lakewest independent adult senior living facilities is one of worse kept DHA apartment in Dallas. The facility may be about 16 years old and it's a shame and a sin in my opinion, the way that they have allowed the apartments to become so dilapidated and in such bad repair. We have reported problems of rats, roaches, broken enter and exit doors, unsanitary hallways & stairways, mold & mildew in our apartments from our air conditioning system, poor air filtration systems and we have been ignored. We don't want to but apparently we're going to have to go to the federal government agencies and report these issues... All we need from Stonegate llc is for them to fulfill their contractual obligations as we do the same. We as tenants don't want any more than. By the way Stonegate llc, get some cameras at the doors, elevators and hallways, they will help you identify the individuals destroying these properties and give you an opportunity to cut back on expenses because you can charge the individual who purposely does destroy the property, than please find better managers, maintenance people, cleaning people, get a inventory and a better lawn care services. I am a tenant so I am asking.. Why has the lawn started to look so horrible? what are they growing out there now? Why want your managers tell them to wash their lawn mowers before they bring all of that mess over here from there other lawns they cut before they cuts your grass. If Stonegate llc pays for it, you get what you pay for, ALL THE WAY AROUND....
