StoneBridge has been an exceptional place for my mom. Kelsey and the staff genuinely care for and support her needs in every way. They go above and beyond to provide her with a home as well as the needs she has due to dementia.

my grandmother fell while residing there and passed away shortly after. i have worked in healthcare for 10 years and this should not have happened. obviously the staffing is short and/or people are not doing their jobs. someone needs to be held accountable.

My dad lived at Stonebridge for a few years and I would highly recommend it. The staff and management always went above and beyond for my dad, and I believe they truly love their residents. It's a hard decision to put a loved one in memory care, but the staff at Stonebridge made it just a little bit easier. They have a great outdoor area that my dad loved to sit in, the food was always tasty, they have on-site hair and nail service at a small extra cost, and a nurse on duty along with the resident aids. When it came time for my dad to pass, the staff never left his side, along with my family. Many attended his funeral afterwards which I thought was so kind. Kelsey, the manager, is a wonderful person who will always keep you informed of your loved ones issues and at times, silly exploits...my dad was famous for his. :-)

My 90-year-old mother received excellent care at Lavender Ridge. She had only been there for three months when the facility was forced to lock down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They kept her safe--she never contracted the virus--and helped her understand as best they could why visits were limited, especially during a six-week period where she was confined to her room. The management and staff went out of their way to be helpful throughout that period and also when it was time to move her to a different facility due to my personal relocation. I highly recommend this facility for elderly patients with dementia.
