Infantile people skills.<br>Staff is disrespectful when interacting with the public. Music is often blaring from either stereo speakers or vehicles on max volume. They refuse to acknowledge that staff guilty of the former are their responsibility when on their property, let alone if you've called because it woke your baby through closed windows. Staff argued it wasn't happening as I listened live and heard it through the phone. The volume is unhealthily high for residents of a care home to begin with.<br><br>Update: For the second time calling they had the phone when they went out to the car, and I got to hear the driver say I was wrong for complaining, my child was sleeping. Your business is condoning this practice. I will have to call the Better Business Bureau and the police as it has been going on longer than 10 minutes.
