Stephens Farm at Adeo is a supportive living community in Greeley, Colorado, serving individuals with traumatic brain injuries. The facility provides 24/7 on-site staff support tailored to each resident's unique physical and behavioral health needs, helping residents achieve independence and quality of life.

The community offers 19 private studio apartments designed to promote dignity and comfort, allowing residents to maintain privacy while being part of a supportive environment. The facility is part of the larger Adeo campus, which also operates other supportive living programs including 2730 at Adeo, a newly renovated complex featuring 29 private apartments and similar amenities.
