My grandpa recently started his stay here and I must say that from what I can tell they have been very good to him after his surgery and have taken to all of his needs with concern and care. I am very pleased as a family member to hear how well he is being treated and how much he likes it for not being able to be at home of course. A big thank you to the staff there and all who spend tireless hours taking care of the patients there!! True hero’s!

I called after hours because I work off hours at a different facility. A CNA was nice enough to answer right away. I asked to speak with the charge nurse to get a status update on my father there that was on hospice care. I was told the nurse was busy but if I left a number she would call back. I figured as much due to the time I called. Around 7pm or a little later. I was assured that I would get a return call. I waited until 11pm and still didn't get a call back so I went to bed. The next day after work around the same time I tried to call again and got the exact same treatment...the nurse will call you back. And again no call back. I personally work in Healthcare and understand if you get busy. But when you say you will call back then do so. My father passed a day or 2 later and I never got even the smallest call about his status or a update from the nursing dept. I would not recommend anyone to this place until they actually start to return family calls when they say they will

The whole staff is friendly. They give great personal care to their residents. They have activities and really put effort into involving residents and visitors.
