Nouis Home Care Incorporated is an assisted living facility located in Little Falls, Minnesota, situated just steps away from the Mississippi River near downtown. The community is a licensed Assisted-Living facility and Board & Lodge that also offers independent living spaces, designed for those who are mostly independent and do not require skilled nursing care.

The facility provides assistance with daily living challenges through a compassionate and experienced staff. Services include medication monitoring and assistance provided by a Registered Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistants on staff. Transportation is offered to and from doctor and dental appointments within a 35-mile radius of Little Falls. Private and semi-private rooms are available with rates varying based on the services and amenities required by each resident. The community was established in 1974 by Beverly Nouis as a boarding home and has since grown to provide a friendly, healthy, and caring environment for those needing assistance with life's challenges. Today, the facility specializes in offering services to veterans, with Roy Nouis serving as Administrator and co-owner, and Troy Nouis serving as Operations Manager and co-owner.
