I’ve been coming for a few years now visiting a family friend and I can say that things have changed drastically since the don has Came into position. It’s Not a friendly atmosphere anymore. I had a encounter with the don and it very stand off and not Pleasant. I have seen so many staff members leave since she has come in and it’s concerning because How Can the residents get the care that they need if its short staffed. I’ve talked to a few other families that i come across while visiting and we have the same opinions.
